Salary £28,000 to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator to work in our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in creating high quality videos, copy and editing for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). This role is ideal for a graduate with a background and passion for social media creation.
Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling, creating, and managing content across all social media channels.
* Filming and editing video content from start to finish, including client coordination and approvals.
* Building and nurturing influencer partnerships to amplify brand presence.
* Posting on our social media platforms daily and creating 3-5 videos per week.
* Showcasing both property-focused content and community engagement through sponsorships of local sports clubs and schools.
* Generating and producing creative content ideas that reflect our unique brand identity and market leading presence.
* Producing video content for our website and digital valuation platform, Acaboom.
* Assisting in the development of reports on trends, reach, engagement and follower growth to refine strategy and improve overall performance.
