This Nursery Practitioner Role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in Horley. As a Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and educational experiences to our young learners.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing engaging educational programs, aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Maintaining effective relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and activities.
* Supporting children's development through creative and interactive activities, promoting social-emotional growth and cognitive development.
* Monitoring and recording children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
* Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and inclusive environment, fostering a culture of respect and understanding.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your expertise in early years education.
* A minimum of 1-year experience in a nursery or childcare setting, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality care and education.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, enabling you to manage your workload and engage with colleagues and parents.
* In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring you can deliver high-quality educational experiences aligned with government guidelines.
