Hours:
Split contract - 32.5 hours per week, term time only
TA3 - 2 days (13 hours)
TA4 - 3 days (19.5 hours)
Salary:
£27,711 - £30,060 (Grade 4 full time full year equivalent)
£30,559 - £33,366 (Grade 5 full time full year equivalent)
Actual Salary:
TA3: £8,504 - £13,324 per annum (Grade 4)
TA4: £13,546 - £14,790 per annum (Grade 5)
Total Salary: £22,050 - £28,114 per annum
Contract: Fixed term until 31st August 2025 (with possibility of becoming permanent)
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday
Start Date: Position to start immediately

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3/4 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
The successful candidate will:
* Practicing Catholic or are fully committed to the Catholic ethos of our school.
* Is committed to safeguarding children and families
* Support teaching and learning in the classroom, working under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Cover PPA and cover whole class for teacher absence
* Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups to help them achieve their full potential.
* Lead lunchtime and outdoor play
* Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
* Promote the school’s ethos and values, acting as a role model for pupils.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
