Contract summary Permanent, full-time, 09.00 17.00 Monday to Friday all year round The role A vacancy has arisen for an HR Administrator whowill providean efficient end to end recruitment and onboarding service for non-teaching staff and deliver day-to-day high quality, accurate and timely administrative support as part of the wider HR team. You will conduct thorough pre-employment checks for every new starter, collecting paperwork and liaising with them to ensure that they are recruited in line with strict safeguarding regulations without undue delays to their start dates. At busy times you will assist with recruitment processes so that the department can provide a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. You will handle employee information and documents, ensuring that offer letters, systems, databases and files are accurate and compliant. For more details please view the job description on our vacancy page The skills You will have previous experience as an HR generalist in a busy office, ideally within a role that requires safeguarding checks of its employees. You will be used to responding swiftly and efficiently to support your colleagues and flexible to assist others when needed. Having a genuine appreciation for detailed processes and meticulous eye for detail, you will ensure that every step of the recruitment and onboarding process runs smoothly, and your warm, friendly personality will enable you to keep in contact with applicants to ensure that they provide us with the information needed for pre-employment checks.
