My client, a leading provider of water treatment solutions, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for their Plumbing team. This dynamic company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and environmental sustainability, ensuring the safety and quality of water systems across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate plumbing remedial activities across multiple sites.
2. Lead a team of plumbers, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to safety regulations.
3. Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify Plumbing and Water Hygiene issues to develop effective solutions.
4. Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
6. Liaise with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
7. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications:
1. NVQ L2 in Plumbing or SVQ L3.
2. Proven experience in plumbing, with a strong understanding of remedial plumbing techniques.
3. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
