YOUR ROLE
* Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.
* Support our Sales and Channel Excellence team within the industrials division of the Henkel Adhesive Technologies team.
* Collaborate with our Sales and Channel Excellence team in all focus areas and gain detailed insights into the exciting world of our B2B-business with large clients, e.g. in the aerospace, telecommunication and medical sector.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of global strategic projects with the main focus to become more customer centric and optimize the performance of our sales teams.
* Provide detailed insights and proposals for improvement based on deep dive assessments of data across core topics such as Customer Sampling, Technical Enquiries, Sales Visits and Opportunity Pipelines.
* Steer your own project within one of our team’s focus areas and drive change throughout our global organization.
* Process obtained data into useful information and convincing arguments and help to prepare presentations for our leadership team.
* Work within our team to develop Data Dashboards to aid our Sales and Management Teams interpret data clearly.
YOUR SKILLS
* You should be graduated (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a degree from Business, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Marketing or any related field.
* Strong interest in Sales, Channel and Marketing in the field of B2B
* English is required, (knowledge of German or other languages is an asset)
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel and BI* (*BI is ideal but not essential as long as you are willing to learn!)
* Self-motivated and creative team-player with a high level of independence and an open-minded personality
* You will need to be a clear communicator, accurate, organised, detail focused and flexible
