So, what's the role?
You will be the point of contact for customers within a designated sales territory. In this inbound sales role, you will take ownership of all sales requests, taking the customer through the sale process efficiently, and ensuring each enquiry comes to a conclusion. You will be responsible for a range of activities from creating quotes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, sales management, leading on projects, following up on sales, and ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded.
You will build strong relationships with our external sales counterparts; working towards a common goal, identifying solutions to win business opportunities, and supporting each other and the wider business.

What skills are we looking for?
* Confident customer service and/or sales background
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst paying close attention to detail and order processing
* Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is desirable
* Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues with a positive and upbeat approach
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking full end to end ownership of customer contact and always using initiative/being create
* Enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating and working as a collective to reach objectives and targets
* Good organisation, planning and time management
* Attention to detail
