Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to manage all client contracts with marketing agencies, as well as some supplier agreements. This role is ideal for someone with a para-legal background or similar experience, with a strong understanding of contract management and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and manage client and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries and issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
* Maintain a centralized database of all contracts and oversee renewals, expirations, and amendments.
* Mitigate risks by identifying potential contractual issues and providing solutions.
* Stay up to date with relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting contracts.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience in contract management, preferably within a marketing or professional services environment.
