Jackson Hogg are currently supporting a business based in Gateshead with the appointment of a Sales and Operations Planning Manager on a permanent basis.
You will be directly supporting the Operations Director and will be responsible for the Senior Sales Administrator and Sales Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the team of Senior Sales Administrators and Sales Administrators, ensuring all company standards are being followed.
2. Review customer orders to ensure they are in line with order history. Work with customers on any abnormalities or large orders.
3. Review orders against production capacity, work to spread demand out with the customer if required.
4. Communicate with customers on any issues regarding potential late deliveries.
5. Liaise with production on priority parts to ensure customers' critical needs are met.
6. Monitor delivery performance to maintain 97% KPI.
7. Work with the New Product Introduction team to ensure new customers and parts are added to the ERP system with accurate information.
8. Ensure your team is meeting targets and working in a timely fashion.
