OVERVIEW Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking an International Travel Manager to join the CAA travel team. This individual will be responsible for supporting CAA’s travel program in partnership with the global travel team and supporting all related global travel activities. The Travel Manager will be required to partner closely with various stakeholder teams, especially internationally, to understand their unique travel needs and manage CAA’s travel tools, services, partners, and resources with a strong customer experience mindset. The International Travel Manager will be dedicated to promoting and driving travel adoption internationally, sourcing small group movements as needed, and providing ongoing training and support to CAA’s international travelers and their assistants independently. They are fiscally minded and aware of the cost implications of decisions. They are experts in international travel rules and regulations and have strong subject matter expertise in industry trends and best practices, while providing concierge-level service to our international travelers. They actively review and seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. The role will report to the Global Travel Director with alignment to the Global Business Services office. Main Responsibilities to include, but limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for international travel needs, acting as the subject matter expert for all travel support areas, including people, processes, and tools, while handling all out-of-policy travel requests by approving or escalating them within 24 hours. Manage and maintain existing vendor partnerships whilst establishing preferred vendors in key travel cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, and London to ensure high-quality service. Collaborate with CAA’s Travel Management Company (TMC) to develop workflows, oversee TMC operations, and leverage their white-glove service arm to provide seamless high-touch travel coordination. Strategically support key offices by adapting workflows for emerging travel patterns and aligning travel offerings across commercial travel, private aviation, jets, and charters. Oversee travel needs for meetings and events in coordination with the TMC, ensuring seamless execution from the planning and design phase to onsite implementation. Identify and implement improvements in travel tools, technology, and partner solutions, while managing global, regional, and vendor reporting to enhance programme efficiency. Provide expertise in CAA’s travel policies and business travel visas, developing resources to ensure compliance with corporate and international requirements. Develop and maintain concierge-level service for travellers, monitor vendor performance, and resolve escalations promptly to ensure a high-touch experience. Collaborate with Finance to streamline billing workflows (UATP, direct billing, etc.) and with Security to share duty of care information as needed. Analyse savings opportunities, track vendor performance, and manage ad-hoc sourcing requests to support cost-effective travel solutions. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 10 years of corporate travel experience in global companies; entertainment/production and high-touch programmes preferred. In-depth expertise in corporate travel, including online booking tools and TMC reporting. Proven leadership in building, growing, and managing vendors and travel teams. Technical proficiency across related categories and regional markets. Strong project management skills, able to prioritise multiple deadlines under pressure. Skilled in financial management, budgets, and data analytics. Effective in a collaborative, flexible, and aligned team environment. Adaptable and responsive to team needs. Exceptional internal customer service skills. Builds strong cross-functional relationships and communicates effectively. Innovates to improve workflows, scale for growth, and enhance reporting. Proactive problem-solver who knows when to seek assistance. Understands the demands of the travel industry beyond 9-5. Willing to travel across EMEA/APAC, US, and Americas as needed.
