Head of Delivery
Salary between £100,000 and £125,000 (depending on experience)
This is an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Head of Delivery, this role would be great for someone with a naturally curious mind, who has a passion for driving real change and that wants to directly contribution to helping achieve exciting growth plans.

A bit about the job:
1. Create an effective, customer focussed delivery team – driven by target outcomes set by the Workstream Leads
2. Proactive, efficient and effective planning, issue resolution and risk articulation and communication
3. Driving decision making, aligned to delivery of outcomes, control frameworks and strategy
4. Meticulous leadership of and collaboration with 3rd parties ensuring they are delivering to plan
5. Building strong stakeholder relationships, providing challenge and support to Sponsors, Key Stakeholders and Delivery Teams
6. Support Exec level decision making through appropriate forum
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
7. Extensive experience in complex deliveries, migration activities and propositional work is a must
8. Demonstrable experience of working in a large multi organisational unit
9. Experience in Financial Services would be highly beneficial
10. Build, develop and forge strong and mutually beneficial relationships with the 3rd parties suppliers and business to optimise delivery, relationships and ways of working
11. Curiosity and active hunger to say on top of all challenges as well as broader market / Aviva awareness

12. Starting salary between £100,000 and £125,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
13. Bonus opportunity – 25% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
