Having promoted a large number of their leadership team from within, the role will provide a strong platform for your continued career progression within a brand that is the envy of their competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage building amenities professionally for occupiers satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming environment and service standards.
2. Foster occupier engagement and community building through forums like occupier meetings and events.
3. Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assessing performance through KPIs.
4. Setting Service Charge budgets.
5. Address service/maintenance issues promptly and ensure accurate property information is available.
6. Ensure all property works adhere to health and safety regulations.
7. Support implementation of national/regional FM service strategies.
8. Overseeing the maintenance of building fabric and plant.
Our client is looking for an established building manager who relishes the opportunity of a platform to have your ideas heard and build a first-class FM service. You'll have an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification to support your H&S experience. You'll be confident presenting and liaising with a wide array of stakeholders at every level of seniority.
