Redwood Search is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our client, a well-established family-owned automotive business in Malvern. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for cars and sales to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Build rapport with customers through effective communication via email, telephone, and in-person interactions.
2. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable new and used vehicles.
3. Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
4. Negotiate final prices and handle customer queries professionally.
5. Complete the necessary paperwork for each sale.
6. Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
7. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in car sales (new and used vehicles).
2. Familiarity with working to manufacturer standards and targets.
3. Experience in Motability and F&I is preferred but not essential.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
6. Full UK driving licence is required.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (with one day off every other week)
Saturday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
Sundays: Ad-hoc for shows and special events.
