Education and Training
£130 - £140 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to secondary school students in various subjects
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student development
Minimum Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Relevant degree in Education or related field
* Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Prior experience teaching in a secondary school setting is preferred
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
* Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and assessment methods
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience working with diverse student populations
The role involves working in a secondary school environment, following the school calendar and timetable. Occasional participation in school events and meetings may be required.
