Your Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players to join our busy Activities department in a year-round school for international students. Activity coordinators support our Activity Leader team and our Student Activities and Events Manager in organising and delivering a wide range of engaging activities, excursions, and events for our student cohort.
Responsibilities
* Assists with organisation and implements social, cultural and sporting activities program appropriate to students’ needs
* Plays a key role in the preparation and operation management of new student intake days
* Accompanies activities & excursions as required in London. This may include regular evening & weekend work
* Records reels, creates posts from activities content to share on our social media platforms and promote our London school
* Responsible for overseeing health & safety of students during organised activities, including carrying out regular risk assessments for all events and ensuring all accompanying staff are given copies
* Administers the ordering and selling of sim cards, stationery, and EF merchandise
* Assists with monitoring and ordering of resources and merchandise
* Gives information to students regarding leisure time activities, such as tourist information for other destinations, what’s on guides, travel information, and timetables. Ensures that information is clearly displayed and regularly updated
* Shares emergency on-call duties with other school staff on a rota basis
* Ensures excursions are run in accordance with health & safety and safeguarding requirements

* Enjoys working under pressure & able to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Confident working with both teenagers and adults.
* Fluency in English
* All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
* Right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment
