Location: Part Exchange & Group Clients - Sheffield
Accountable to: Operations Manager
Main purpose of the role:
To liaise with internal and external clients, delivering a quick turnaround on services for external clients. To be the point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring services and products are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Activities / Main Duties:
1. Consistently achieve targets and goals set for sales of Part Exchange, Assisted Move and/or Quick Purchase properties.
2. Confidently deal with clients customers from initial appraisal request stage.
3. Receive and process appraisal requests and marketing instructions from both developer and corporate clients in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Take an active role in your team to drive and deliver success, always pushing for consistently high service standards and performance.
5. Provide reports & recommendations along with supporting evidence where necessary to achieve objectives and goals.
6. Recommend solutions to problems and communicate these in a timely and professional manner.
7. Communicate confidently via telephone where possible, building upon and maintaining business relationships.
8. Respond to emails/written communication clearly and concisely, ensuring grammatical precision.
9. Ensure I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.
10. Ensuring at all times that we adhere to and meet the service standards and service levels that our clients expect on a client specific basis.
11. Liaise with external parties and suppliers to provide third party services including RICS valuations, contractor and other reports as required.
12. Work closely with the Part Exchange & Group Clients’ extended team to ensure good communication with regard to workload, turn-around times and any client specific challenges.
13. Manage own workload but as part of a team and complete required actions through the effective use of our bespoke operating platform ‘Rosie’.
14. Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties (internal and external) to ensure that we are portrayed in the best possible light.
15. Attend all training sessions & meetings as and when required, putting outcome & actions into practice without delay.
16. Study and review all company policies to ensure your knowledge remains current and you have completed tests within timeframes set.
17. Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required by your colleagues and management team.
18. Prioritise work, chase agents and other stakeholders to ensure all actions are completed in line with Service Level Agreements.
19. Ability to support other areas of the Division with minimal supervision or support when requested.
20. Always maintaining accountability and integrity.
21. Identify new business and regularly update market intelligence.
22. Monitor competitors and familiarise yourself with their “product” and services and understand who their client base is.
23. Promote “one business” ethos to other parts of the Group where possible.
24. Identify new opportunities and communicate these effectively to relevant colleagues.
