As a Customer Contact/Call Centre Advisor, you will ensure exceptional client service while following two rotating shift patterns of office hours from 9 am to 5 pm and 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work from home each Monday (after completion of probation).
Accuracy, efficiency, and a professional attitude are vital as you deliver a first-class client service experience.
The role:
1. Dealing with existing clients across multiple shared service platforms
2. Handling the after-care service of clients
3. Resolving customer queries
4. Building & maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
5. Providing a professional and reliable service throughout
6. Generating new business from our existing client base
7. Various admin tasks and documenting client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
The person:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Professional telephone manner and conduct
4. IT literate and comfortable using standard Microsoft Office packages, Gmail, and Google Apps
5. Previous Relationship Management and/or Customer Service experience within a contact/call centre environment
6. Problem-solving mentality
7. Able to handle potentially challenging customers in a calm and effective manner and deliver the correct solution first time
8. Ability to multitask across multiple separate systems and prioritise accordingly
9. Able to work well both independently and cooperatively
10. Dedicated and receptive to training and feedback
The package:
1. Basic salary up to £25,000 based on experience
2. 21 days holiday with the opportunity to add a further 4 days
