About the Role: Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: NE5 Area, Newcastle Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons across the curriculum. Assisting individual students or small groups with their learning, helping them overcome challenges. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Helping students with additional needs and ensuring their full participation in activities. Preparing learning resources and supporting classroom organisation. What We’re Looking For: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2. An understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
