Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing supply solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Supervisor to join the team in our Housing Hub branch in Byker, Newcastle, who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours: 7.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday in 4, 8am-12pm

Key Responsibilities
This role will find you focussing on key customers and being a point of contact for them in branch. You'll build strong relationships, manage customer expectations and problem solve any issues in our busy JPS Housing Hub office.
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
Manage your customer account by being a point of contact for them in branch providing clear and precise communication
Develop great relationships with key customers in person, via phone and email, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, source materials from suppliers, organise deliveries and keep customers updated throughout their journey
Work with collaboratively with the other Supervisors in the team to suggest opportunities for improvement and liaise with the overall branch network
Required Skills and Experience
Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
Experience in a busy office based environment
A good degree of IT literacy and a strong communicator
Passion for working with people with a positive can-do attitude
