Are you looking for a low-hours career supporting local residents in Beverley?
Keeping Digital CIC are recruiting for a dedicated Community Case Worker to provide high-quality person-centred digital inclusion support at our new East Yorkshire Digital Cafe service in Beverley.
This role is a fixed-term contract for six months. After six months, there will be a review to potentially continue the role as per funding availability.
Care workers provide an adaptive service which responds to the needs and wishes of the clients, enabling positive outcomes when it comes to getting online.
Our Digital Cafe will be taking place for 2 hours every week, and will provide a space where residents can get face-to-face support with friendly volunteers. As a Case Worker, you will support our York HQ team by logging all cases and providing support to our volunteers. You will become the main face at our Beverley Digital Cafe.
The Role
Our Digital Cafes are popping up across Yorkshire, providing a space for local residents to get dedicated support in getting online. Hosted in a 2 hour session, residents can come down for a warm drink and to ask any questions (and bring along any devices).
