Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a thriving construction companyin Milton Keynes. You will partner with a Contracts Manager and willbe working from a newly built, modern open plan office complete with an onsite gym, with a dedicated, friendly team. The role You will be assisting a Contracts Manager with the following tasks to help deliver construction schemes from start to completion Full training will be given 1. Review of job specifications and pricing documents 2. Competitive purchasing of all materials and equipment throughout the project 3. Sourcing, managing and overseeing of subcontractors. 4. Managing and updating project programs in conjunction with the contracts manager 5. Regular client liaison to provide fortnightly progress reports. 6. Monthly project valuations and invoicing 7. Pricing of any variations to the contract and additional works which arise. 8. Review of budgets on each project with a view of maximizing profitability 9. Ensure H&S is maintained on all sites. What we are looking for in return. You will either have some experience in the construction or maintenance industry or you will have some form of construction qualification.
