Your role as an MI & Insight Analyst will require you to draw on your technical expertise and experience to draw together our customer contact data, developing MI to articulate both the customer and colleague experience with a view to facilitating or initiating change. With an eye for detail and a natural curiosity, you will use your technical expertise to good effect, proactively identifying opportunities through your analytical assessment of the data, in doing so you will identify continuous improvement opportunities across all segments of our contact centre estate. How y ou’ll help us make health happen : You will have a sophisticated approach to your communication with your stakeholders that enables you to gather technical requirements effectively from people who are often not technical experts, often this will take the form of coaching, in order to facilitate the outcome. Your outputs will take the form of data sets and the delivery of the associated insight led analysis. You will have a technical subject matter expertise that allows you to access and transform the data from our strategic data warehouse, transforming it inform our understanding of our customer or our people journeys. You will work as part of a broader multi-disciplinary team and will build strong relationships with your colleagues in the Operations Hub and Customer Contact teams to ensure we maintain the integrity of our core data set. You will take ownership for delivering analysis assigned to you by your manager in a timely fashion, highlighting any risks as appropriate. You will utilise your experience of Contact Centres and the associated technology to competently represent your team on various projects, acting as a subject matter expert to offer advice and guidance. You will coach your peers in data teams across the business, sharing your well-defined technical skillset in order to grow our wider capability. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Experience of operating within a MI data and insight function is desirable Experience of developing complex MI data and delivery solutions using SQL programming coding and advanced knowledge and understanding of applications such as excel, access & PowerBI platforms with a focus on formulae creation and Visual Basic Applications coding. Experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting insightful data. Experience of sourcing and connecting data from multiple sources and strong understanding of data warehouse infrastructures. Experience with Verint would be advantageous, but not essential. A confident communicator, you will comfortable delivering your analysis to people at all levels within our organisation. A strong technical skillset, you will enjoy working with large sets of complex data, you are confident with the tools used to manipulate that data and are happy to challenge existing processes to support continuous improvement. You have experience of ETL activity ideally gained in a customer contact environment. You have a good understanding of customer contact technology.
