We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Meeting & Events Executive to join our team and take ownership of coordinating and executing seamless meetings and events. THE ROLE: In this varied and exciting position, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of client meetings and event coordination. From venue sourcing and rate negotiations to proposal creation and managing client expectations, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring every meeting and event exceeds expectations. The role also involves supporting the sales team and assisting in event management and project oversight to guarantee smooth, successful event delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate with clients to source venues across the UK and globally, including Wild Cards, that match their vision and meet Bien Venue’s high standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of client enquiries and provide excellent customer service through proactive, consultative approaches.
• Take ownership of client enquiries, offering creative solutions and ensuring flawless event execution.
Manage the full negotiation and contracting process for each event, ensuring competitive rates and favourable terms.
• Suggest enhancements to meetings and events, adding value and promoting Bien Venue’s diverse service offerings.
• Craft high-quality proposals and presentations in line with company guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending site visits, industry events, and keeping up with industry news
. • Assist and lead in event and project management, both behind the scenes and onsite ensuring events are executed smoothly from start to finish.
• Work alongside the sales team to support business development and build long-term client relationships.
