Salary: Scale 4 - £23,736 to £24,211 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

You will work as part of the Customer Contact Centre within our Student Services team, providing responsive advice, information, and guidance to support the recruitment and admission activities for students, staff, and visitors to the college.
As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you should:
1. GCSE in Maths and English or Equivalent
2. Hold a Level 4 IAG qualification or be willing to work towards (desirable)
You should also be able to demonstrate:
1. The ability to provide high-quality customer service
2. Experience of supporting an effective enrolment process
3. Experience of managing the flow of applications as part of effective admissions
