This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified ACA/ACCA Management Accountant to join a growing PE- backed SaaS company in the heart of Central London, Bank station. The Management Accountant will report directly into the Head of Finance and work closely with the Finance Manager. This role will be a hybrid role of 3x days a week in the office in London, Bank. Ideally the Management Accountant will be 1yr experience in industry within a PE-backed company or Tech business. Management Accountant Responsibilities: Management Reporting : Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Provide variance analysis and key insights to the Finance Manager and leadership team. Collaborate with the FP&A team to ensure alignment between management accounts and strategic KPIs. Month-End Process : Take ownership of key elements of the month-end process, working closely with the Finance Manager and Head of Finance to deliver accurate and timely results. Revenue Recognition : Review sales invoices and oversee billing processes, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies. Accounts Payable Oversight : Supervise the AP function, review monthly payment runs, and ensure proper controls over payments. Payroll Reconciliation : Perform and review monthly payroll reconciliations in coordination with the Head of Finance. Audit Support : Play a critical role in external audits, including assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and supporting audit queries. Ideal Management Accountant skills: Qualifications : Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA). Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Technical Skills : Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems. Soft Skills : Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow. Desirable : Experience with group consolidations, tax compliance, or multi-entity operations.
