This isn’t your standard IT recruitment consultant job. You’ll be involved in multiple facets of the business – from finding the right IT professional for the vacancy, to marketing, lead generation and contractor management. This role could make a big difference for a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities
* Utilize various sources to find the best IT consultants, such as the CRM, job boards, and social media
* Screen applications and CV’s, conduct interviews, negotiate rates and shortlist IT consultants
* Assist with CV building and interview preparation, as well as general career advice
* Create job adverts for various channels, such as LinkedIn and Jobserve
* Develop strong business relationships with IT consultants during the selection process and beyond
* Serve as the primary contact for Brabers’ current and future consultants and raise any issues with the relevant team
* Maintain the CRM system with relevant information
* Establish and maintain talent pools
* Generate and share leads, trends and market developments with the team on a weekly basis
* Become a true expert in the technology you are specialising in and be a source of information for
* the rest of the team
* Collaborate closely with your colleagues who are responsible for client management and business development
Who are we looking for?
* An ambitious and focused person who enjoys connecting with people, building and maintaining relationships.
* Inquisitive and articulate, you have excellent and clear communication skills
* The ability to share our values and be a part of a company that puts people first is a must
* Resilient, organised, process driven, precise, pro-active, resourceful, creative and able to manage expectations
* Previous IT contract recruitment experience, preferably data analytics or SAP, is required.
* Someone who is willing to spend majority of their working day on the phone.
* Strong affinity with customer service
* An university degree with an 2.1+ grade is required

* Full time: 35 hours per week (part time is also being considered)
* Salary (depending on experience) up to £27.500
* A great office in North London (1 minute walk from Archway Station) with a roof terrace.
* 25 holidays (+ bank holidays)
* Work from home (1-2 days a week) when training and support are no longer needed and you can work independently
