We are a well established property maintenance company and currently have positions within our busy Sittingbourne control room for full time or part time Booking Coordinator (inbound calls) t o cover morning and afternoon shifts. Main duties include taking customer enquiries, job bookings and allocating jobs to engineers. This role is open to all candidates with a customerservice background but applicants with a stable work history in retail sales are preferred. Due to our current workload, overtime is also available. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls Assist customers with their enquiries Update changes and status of each customer job. Provide a high level of customer service Book and allocate jobs to trades persons. Liaise with engineers Make customers aware of all of our services Other reasonable duties as and when required. Essential Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Stable career history. Previous customer service experience. Good telephone manner. Able to act professionally at all times. Maintain strict confidentiality. Must be computer literate. Ability to work on your own initiative. 2 x excellent references.
