Role: Head of Admissions
Reporting to: Director of Marketing, Communications, and Admissions
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week. Initially one year fixed term.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead the Admissions team across our schools. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, the successful candidate will be well-informed about our school, responding to queries promptly and attending events with parents and feeder schools. They will collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The Head of Admissions will play a pivotal role in shaping the student body by executing a robust admissions strategy, developing relationships with recruitment streams, and growing connections with feeder schools. They will also represent the schools at events, manage the admissions process, monitor targets, and adapt strategies as needed.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Chief Finance Officer, they will oversee the Registrar and a team of admissions staff. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in admissions, either within the independent schools' sector or from a customer-facing, sales-related environment, with a deep understanding of the London education market.
