As a Travel Service Partner (RSA), your role involves supporting retail customers with Foreign Exchange options. What will you be doing? Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements, tailoring their experience based on their destination. Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and advisor, providing support for Travelex products and services. Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently. Delivering on key performance goals that are procedural, operational, and customer focused. Utilising attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries. Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to compliance procedures. What do I need to have? Numerical proficiency – handling large amounts of cash and currency regularly. IT proficiency – dealing with computers and in-house systems, with full training provided. Great communication skills – building relationships naturally, being both a great talker and listener. Desire to succeed – drive and vision to make a difference and care about the impact you have. Interview Process: Step 1 – Application review and initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers. Step 2 – Online interview providing insight into Travelex and the role, including a small numerical and accuracy test. Step 3 – Bureau visit to meet the Bureau Manager and see the working environment. Step 4 – Offer to join Travelex if the bureau visit is successful, with detailed feedback if not.
