As our Content & Communications Writer, you’ll be at the heart of our go-to-market team, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and teams across the business. What’s your mission? To transform market themes, pain points, and our unique offering into high-impact, human-to-human content that sparks engagement, builds trust, and elevates Dynamic Planner’s voice in the financial planning and advice community.
From crafting compelling stories that showcase the power of our platform, to creating insightful thought leadership that positions us as the market leader, you’ll shape the message that connects advisers, clients, and asset managers. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring every message we share cuts through the noise - clear, relatable, and brimming with purpose.

· Proven experience as a content writer, ideally within the Financial Services, Asset Management or Fintech industry.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on producing clear, concise, and impactful content tailored to financial advisers.
· Initiative, ability to bring fresh ideas and proactively seek out topics that will resonate with our audience.
· Communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective messaging and stakeholder engagement.
· Ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible content.
· Excellent project management skills with experience in developing and managing content calendars.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work with external stakeholders.
· Proven track record of creating content that generates leads and drives audience engagement.
· Adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-moving workplace and able to pivot in response to new trends or company priorities.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
· Content creation : Develop and write high-quality, industry-specific long and short form content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emails, and social media posts that support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
· Editorial Oversight : Manage and maintain consistency in tone of voice (TOV) across all content while ensuring alignment with Dynamic Planner’s brand and style guidelines.
· Content strategy : Work with cross-functional teams to create a content calendar aligned with Dynamic Planner’s business goals and audience needs. Identify content gaps and recommend new content formats.
· Award submissions : Own the creation and submission of our annual award entries.
· Thought Leadership : Write content that positions Dynamic Planner as a thought leader in financial planning, addressing industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology innovations.
· SEO & Analytics : Support keyword research from our Digital lead and SEO provider to ensure our content is optimised for search engines and resonates with our audience.
· Sales Literature : Working with our Product Marketing manager to create and refine persuasive sales collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, and client-facing materials, ensuring they align with Dynamic Planner’s messaging and effectively support the sales team in winning new business.
· Video Scripts : Develop engaging and concise scripts for videos, including product demos, customer testimonials, and thought leadership pieces, ensuring they resonate with the audience and clearly communicate key messages.
· Collaboration : Work with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure all content is visually engaging and effectively communicates our key messages.
· Communication : Own the creation of the monthly customer and internal newsletters to ensure clear understanding of goals, business performance, product enhancements and general awareness, measuring engagement and improving this over time.
· Content Optimisation : Review and update existing content to maintain relevance and ensure it meets our high standards for accuracy and impact.
Support : As a growing business it is important to recognise the necessity to support other activities in the Marketing team when the need arises, for example, event arrangements.
