The Global Treasury Operations Department is looking to recruit an Analyst to work in the Global Foreign Exchange (FX) team based in Burgess Hill How will you make an impact in this role? Part of treasury operations team required to execute FX trades daily to manage global FX exposures and funding requirements for company business. Daily management of FX forward book portfolio. Engage in all phases of the change management process needed to meet changing compliance requirements of the FX Operational processes. Able to collaborate with other internal and external teams to address issues and challenges; including but not limited to banks, Treasury controllership and Cash management. Support projects linked to FX trading. Identify and deliver on process improvement initiatives. Provide support to FX Manager & FX Director. Minimum Qualifications Finance degree or Treasury qualification preferred (complete or in progress). Experience in Treasury operations. FX operational experience is an advantage. Collaborates well with others to achieve goals. Able to execute operational processes accurately, consistently and in timely manner. Ability to work under your own initiative and be self motivated. Effective verbal and written communicating skills Strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and able to work to tight deadlines. Good level of proficiency in MS Excel including macros. Note: Due to operational constraints, working on UK and International Bank Holidays may be required.
