With an international presence, we value ourselves on providing technologically advanced solutions. We are innovating at pace in the development of high efficiency, race, and production ready, ICE and EV solutions for both land and sea.
You would be working for a business which is highly invested in technology, at the forefront of engineering developments and in an environment which truly has a family feel and everyone knows your name.
We are growing our pool of talent for exciting new projects and are looking for Electrical Technicians. You can expect your skills to be deployed across a diverse range of racing and high-performance non-racing powertrain projects. You will join a team of innovative Engineers and Technicians and will work with some of the world’s top Motorsport and Automotive brands.
You should be able to demonstrate experience and familiarity with:
* DR25 systems, motorsport wiring specifications and premier racing series wiring harness design.
* Harness testing using a dedicated tester (Cirris etc).

Desirable but not essential:
* Electrical design of full harnesses with experience of design for EMC.
* Good mentoring skills.
* Ability to design and manufacture small electronic prototype circuits.
Combined with this experience, it is essential that you possess:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some work may be remotely performed or will be dealing with remote locations during design phases so an ability to convey and capture requirements verbally is essential.

* The ability to generate new approaches and innovate ideas
* A genuine desire and determination to deliver commitments
Benefits:
* A competitive salary which will reflect your career to date, as well as your skills and level of experience
