Position: Senior Piping Engineer
Location: Immingham or Cleckheaton

Due to continued growth across the group, we are looking for a Senior Piping Engineer to join the Engineering and Design team at Engenda EPC, supporting a wide range of clients across the North of England.

Our expertise spans a range of process industries including Chemicals, Oil, heavy industrial, and Pharmaceutical.
At our Immingham office, you will be at the heart of the industrial landscape, so if you enjoy site visits, this office is ideally situated for you. Alternatively, this role can be undertaken at our office in Cleckheaton which offers an on-site restaurant, gym, and various other amenities at the wonderful Hub26 building.
Role Overview
As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will be designing, analyzing, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of piping systems in industrial settings. You will lead projects from start to finish, manage teams, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, resolve complex engineering challenges, collaborate with other disciplines, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of fluid transport within industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out engineering process design and specification work in line with client and project requirements.
2. Design work will be carried out from initial concept work through to detailed design and build.
3. Work alongside other disciplines to develop the design in keeping with the needs of other services and equipment.
4. Work closely with both client teams and sub-contractors / main contractors.

What We Are Looking For
- Degree qualified, preferably with chartered status.
- 7+ years post-graduate experience within piping engineering.
- Experience in plant / pipe layout and detailed design.
- Experience of working within chemical, oil & gas or process sectors and preferably top tier COMAH knowledge.
