Job Description:
As a New Build Developer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our new-build properties to potential clients, particularly those in Mandarin-speaking markets. Your role will involve managing client relationships, guiding clients through the buying process, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
2. Conduct property tours, present features and benefits of new-build properties, and guide clients through the buying process.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining an active pipeline and driving results through strategic client engagement.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support targeted campaigns for the Mandarin-speaking market.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
6. Ensure client records and communications are accurately logged and managed in CRM systems.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
2. Previous experience in property sales, ideally within new build developments.
3. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
7. Knowledge of East London’s property market is a plus.
