We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Worker to join our team to manage our Norfolk Broads Reserves, including RSPB Mid Yare Valley, Sutton Fen and Berney Marshes.
The reserves offer a complex mix of habitats which are home to an amazing array of wildlife including some of our most iconic and threatened species such as Swallowtail Butterfly, Fen Raft Spider, Fen Orchid, Crane, Bittern, and some of the best surviving populations of breeding wading birds in lowland England. This makes a perfect training ground for someone looking to start their career in conservation.
The Estate Worker role is incredibly varied and rewarding, whether that is conducting dawn breeding birds surveys, driving the tractor and using a variety of machinery to undertake habitat management, or leading on the upkeep of visitor and estate infrastructure. You will join a passionate and dedicated team working at the forefront of conservation.

* Being responsible for completing all above tasks in compliance with Health & Safety policy to minimise risk to the RSPB.
