Job Title: Healthcare Team Leader : Days
Salary: Up to A GBP 14.67 per hour + Incentives
Hours: Full:time, 7am:7pm, 3:4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends + on:call weekend rota

Day:to:Day Responsibilities for Team Leader:
: Promote residents independence, focusing on choice, dignity, and respect, while supporting their physical and emotional well:being
: Lead the team in delivering high:quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
: Support carers in providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
: Administer medication as required
: Write and update care plans, ensuring accurate and up:to:date records are maintained
: Promote residents dignity, choice, and independence at all times
Essential Requirements for Team Leader:
: Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 or above)
: Minimum of two years experience in a residential/nursing home setting
: Awareness of Person:Centred Care Planning principles
: Full UK Driving Licence
: Knowledge of the prevention of abuse in vulnerable adults and the procedures to follow in case of an allegation of abuse
