Job Description
As a PA your responsibilities will include:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the team.
* Manage complex diary and meeting arrangements.
* Prepare reports and presentations as required.
* Coordinate with various departments for smooth operation.
* Ensure timely and accurate document control.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Handle correspondence, calls, and enquiries professionally.
* Organise and manage events and travel arrangements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
* A thorough understanding of administrative procedures.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A high level of discretion and integrity.
