We are currently looking for an Administrator at our site in Norwich, Norfolk. The site is easily accessible from Cromer, North Walsham, Hemsby, Caister on Sea, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Beccles, Diss, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Thetford, Wymondham and the surrounding areas. Main ResponsibilitiesReporting into the Performance & Continuous Improvement Manager, the successful Administrator will be responsible for admin duties in business performance. This can include minute taking, booking training or the upkeep of the building. On a day to day basis, the duties and responsibilities of the Administrator will include (not exhaustive): Ensuring HAVI forms are completed weekly by all Gangers and Operatives Ensuring training matrix and individual training records are up to date Ordering stationery Maintaining holiday and absence records Ensuring invoices are processed and matched with delivery notes on SAP Attending meetings and taking notes The Ideal CandidateNo formal qualifications are necessary for this role, but the ideal Administrator will be someone who is able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment, has high levels of accuracy and drive & determination. It is essential you have an understanding in computer systems and the Microsoft Suite of programs; namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Furthermore, if you have experience in SAP, this is not essential, but would be beneficial in your application.
