We’re looking for an experienced Digital PR who doesn’t shy away from unconventional ideas. Our ideal candidate will understand the balance between creativity and relevance, earning links that both generate brand awareness and help position us in front of our target customers.
About the Role
The Senior Digital PR Executive role is perfect for someone who already has experience in the industry and is keen to help shape a new team. You’ll need experience crafting press releases, writing expert commentary, and building targeted media lists. You’ll know how to spot the best opportunities and be familiar with building relationships with key press targets.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited by the opportunity to ideate for creative reactive and campaign concepts. We’re looking for someone with a curious mindset, keen to explore ideas to their fullest potential and write content that is both thorough and engaging.
The role will include targeting to B2C press to build brand awareness and authority and also require time spent curating niche, relevant stories for B2B press. It’s important you have a background knowledge of SEO, backlinks, and Digital PR best practices.
Alongside our main website, there are also opportunities to work on our other brands in the health and safety, medical, and construction sectors.
We’re open to those in executive roles looking to progress, or those already in a senior position.
Required:
* Strong writing skills, the ability to draft engaging press releases
* Ability to build relevant and targeted media lists that get results
* Comfortable becoming a brand ambassador, building and nurturing relationships with journalists
* Understanding of SEO best practices for Digital PR
* Strong media, news, and pop culture awareness
* Confident with ideation and crafting strategies for Digital PR campaigns
* Strong organisational and admin skills
* Experience in US Digital PR
* Experience working on waste management topics or similar
