Supplier Relationship Manager
Salary – National Circa £50,000 / London Circa £65,000
We are looking for someone who is keen to gain or apply their experience in the Contract & Supplier Relationship field, looking for variability in their day-to-day role such as a bit of negotiation, process, stakeholder and risk management and the ability to join the dots between the Aviva Customer and the contract.

The SRM provides oversight of the long standing WNS BPO outsourced contract and partnership. This involves reviewing and updating of processes, policies, and procedures, contract and Service Level management and resolving issues that arise whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure outsourcing initiatives meet business requirements.
The new joiner’s focus will be focused on managing the key Business Units assigned to them and ensuring that they are adequately supported when dealing with the Supplier.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Contract Management Expertise – post-deal contract management with proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, and maximising value with Commercial Acumen – strong understanding of financial and business principles to drive cost-efficiency, savings, and value from contracts.
2. Insurance or Financial Services background ideal and CIPs, IACCM, or equivalent qualifications preferred. (MBA qualification, degree in finance/accountancy).
3. Supplier & Stakeholder Relationship Management – ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration, alignment, and performance improvement.
4. Risk & Compliance Management – skilled at identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards in supplier agreements.
5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and resolve issues to enhance contract performance and supplier efficiency.

6. Salary – National Circa £50,000 / London Circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
