Our client is a well-established, multi-sited business with offices in High Wycombe. They have a new permanent role in their statistics team within the Accounts department. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: Checking cash banking and credit card receipts from clients and reconcile to sites. Ensuring all VAT invoices for commission are received and accurate from all operators monthly. Update site prices / commissions, if necessary, based upon pricing structure approved by management. Checking report and entering the correct number of vouchers to the site. Other finance admin jobs as required. Candidates that apply should ideally have some previous office experience in an Accounts or Administration capacity. You should have good attention to detail and be a team player, be organised and able to communicate efficiently, along with strong IT skills particularly Excel. This role would suit someone who is not necessarily looking to progress their accountancy career, and looking to stay in a stable role for a number of years. On offer is a salary up to £24,000 per annum, hybrid working, along with good benefits which include an enhanced pension.
