We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical professional to join our team at Options Barton School in North Lincolnshire. This is a permanent, term-time only contract with the possibility of becoming full-time (52 weeks) if preferred.
Job Summary
This role involves coordinating the line management of our onsite clinical team, working collaboratively with site staff to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs due to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health issues.
Main Responsibilities
* C coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs
* Hold a therapy caseload with support from our established clinical network and growing Clinical Team
* Contribute to staff training and consultation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
* Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
* A full UK valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
