The Perinatal and Womens Health Business Administrator is required to provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the LMNS and Womens Health team. This role is responsible for The preparation of agendas, taking minutes and actions including following up on actions, as required, for the formal LMNS and Womens Health meetings. Supporting the team with the management of workstreams and projects being proactive and innovative creating processes, and maintaining databases that support and drive the teams performance and delivery. Gathering and chasing information from a wide variety of sources and partners within tight deadlines. Collecting, analysing, and presenting data and documents for reporting purposes as required. Managing the LMNS and Womens Health inboxes for the team, redirecting emails for response and responding to emails within their scope, following processes and using initiative. Supporting the PD for the LMNS and Womens Health diary management, event coordination and submissions. Undertaking enquiries for the PD for LMNS and Womens Health and the Head of Womens Health and the LMNS and wider team. The post holder will support with specific LMNS and Womens Health agendas as part of the portfolio working to ensure NHS Sussex and the wider health economy fulfil statutory, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
