Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team of social care professionals, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
* Provide guidance and supervision, supporting the team in their day-to-day decision-making and case management.

* Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring seamless integration with other services and stakeholders.
* Manage resource allocation, ensuring that services are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards.
* Lead on safeguarding issues and ensure that policies and procedures are followed to protect vulnerable individuals.
About You:
We are looking for a Team Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a proven track record of leading social care teams.
You should have:
* Significant experience within social care services, ideally in an adult or children's safeguarding context.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of professionals and agencies.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and frameworks within social care.
