Responsibilities
* Implement renewals and tenancy extension paperwork as required.
* Support the management team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
* Correspond with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors relating to all aspects of property management.
* Maintain accurate records using Reapit software for property management and reporting.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Ensure the property and tenancy is compliant in line with current legislation.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of the industry.
* Produce property reports such as inventories, check-outs, and mid-term inspections.
Skills
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficient in data entry and maintaining organized records.
* Knowledge of Reapit software is a plus but not essential; training will be provided.
* Excellent office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication skills, particularly in phone etiquette, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development within a managerial context.
