Exterior Plant Maintenance Staff Wanted!
Location: Dartford Nursery
Start Time: 6 AM
Pay: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on skill & enthusiasm)
Contract: Full-time, with seasonal overtime opportunities

We’re looking for two maintenance staff to care for exterior plant displays at pubs, hotels, local authorities, and town centers. If you’re hardworking, enjoy working outdoors, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Plant Care & Maintenance – Checking, watering, and maintaining plant displays.
Driving & Route Management – Working on a planned monthly schedule, visiting the same sites regularly.
Ladder Work – Essential for reaching hanging baskets & window boxes.
Flexible & Varied Days – Be prepared for different distances & locations each day.
Seasonal Overtime (Paid) – Extra hours in May-June & September-October to swap over plant displays.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A driver – Must be comfortable with early starts (6 AM) & varied travel.
✔ Solo & Team Worker – Ability to work alone or in pairs.
✔ Physically Fit – Comfortable with ladder work & handling hanging baskets/window boxes.
✔ Reliable & Enthusiastic – We value commitment & a positive attitude!
