Our client is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a buzzing inbound customer service team, supporting a growing phone based team in delivering an exceptional service to existing clients.
Responsibilities –
* First direct line manager of team
* Manage daily call volumes
* Performance management
* Training – developing skills of your team
* Contribute to monthly reviews
* Handling complaints
* Rota Management
* Assist with recruitment.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
* Management experience
* Office experience or contact centre/target driven environment
* Able to motivate and cope well under pressure
* Great communication skills
