We are seeking a highly skilled Data Adoption Specialist to join our Data Democratisation team. Reporting to the Head of Self Service GTM, this role drives adoption of our capabilities, whilst overseeing data democratisation programmes that empower end-users utilising data through self-service tools and platforms. This role works cross-functionally across different data teams, to understand progress, issues and risks, communicating this information effectively to Senior Leadership.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. BI development utilising Tableau.
2. Experience in successful adoption or data evangelism initiatives.
3. Experience with partnering with vendors to gain the most value from our strategic relationships.
4. Proven experience of successfully managing data programmes or projects within a project management office role.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
