Waterhouse Plant is a well established family run business based in Hailsham, East Sussex. We are seeking a junior hire desk controller to join our team.
Working Hours: 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Salary: TBC

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Receiving incoming hire & sales enquiries via phone & email
* Processing hire contracts and sales invoices, ensuring all documents are accurate & follow company procedures
* Building, managing, maintaining & retaining customer relationships
* Arrangement of deliveries & collections in accordance with the customers' requirements
* Ensuring records of all vehicles & plant are up to date
* Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents, both physical and electronic
* Provide administrative support to the team, including clerical tasks and office duties
* Utilise Google Suite for document creation, data analysis, and communication with team members
* Uphold professional phone etiquette when liaising with clients
Experience:
* Experience in an administrative or plant/hire role is preferable
* Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with colleagues and clients
