JOB TITLE: Preventative Maintenance Field Service Engineer - Ultrasound Machines
The COMPANY
Our Client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation - specifically Ultrasounds. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Due to an internal promotion, they now require a Preventative Maintenance Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is purely a maintenance role helping to keep equipment working effectively. There is a team of Service Engineers responsible for repairing/fixing faulty equipment - it is envisaged that with training and experience the right candidate will be promoted to this more senior position.
Your role will include:
1. Planning and carrying out preventative maintenance of Ultrasound equipment
2. Providing advice and support to customers
3. Supporting the service engineers with ad hoc service repairs
4. Delivering and collecting loan equipment from customers
5. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
The CANDIDATE

4. Experience within hospitals would be advantageous
5. Excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role
6. High level of dexterity
7. Driving license
SALARY: Depending on experience, 10% Performance related bonus & Company Car
PACKAGE: 4% into Pension Scheme, 25 Days Annual Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays, Life Assurance/Death In Service - 4 x Annual Salary, Health Cash Plan, etc.
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
